Sublimation is the process by which an image printed on paper is transferred to another surface (or substrate). Unlike conventional inks, sublimation inks are converted directly from a solid to a gas under heat and pressure, causing them to bond with the fibers of synthetic materials such as polyester. The molecules of ink revert to a solid state upon cooling, permanently staining the surface of the polyester. With other substrates such as, Ceramic Tiles, Glass, and Metal, there is a coating placed on the substrate that will accept the ink when heated. Your pictures and images are as deep on the substrate as the coating is think. The coating may scratch, but if the scratch does not go completely through the coating the picture is still there. |

Since Kids Juke Box is not responding to our many phone calls and our distributor no longer carrys the products, we figure they are no longer supporting their retailers. So, we have no other alternative but to discontinue selling their products. All of their products, that we carry, are reduced to a very minimum price to remove these items from our inventory. |

| ALL prices shown are the TOTAL price for the items finished. This includes imprinting your photo or design or combination. We DO NOT charge a setup fee. Items to be shipped will carry a shipping charge. However, the shipping charge is the actual cost of shipment. Items will be shipped either by US Post Office or United Parcel Service, whichever is cheaper. ALL items shipped will be charged a 5% handling fee of the total price of the items. This is to help offset the added cost of the packing materials used and other costs incurred. We figured this would be a better approach, instead of raising the prices of our items to help recover these costs. |
| Most items we have on hand and when we receive your order we can have them ready for shipment in two days. If an item ordered is not on hand, it may take up to two weeks to get the item and complete the work. When you order we can let you know if the item(s) are on hand. Payments must be received before we will start work on item(s) ordered. We can now accept payment through PayPal by check or credit cards. |

Special Note: Photos must be good and clear. Professional photographic pictures come out beautiful on these products. If you use a Professional photo you must get permission from the photographer to avoid possible copyright infringements. Most photos will be cropped and enlarged for better presentation on the items. All photos will be returned. You can send us your photo and graphics through email. If you send us your photos or graphics through email, send them in JPG or BMP file format. Have your scanner set for 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution when scanning or 150 ppi (pixels per inch) if your scanner setup is in ppi. We can also use the photos from digital cameras. Do not change the picture size or resolution. We will change as needed. |
