The Real Deal

14 cents per minute base rate. Monthly bill of $250 to $499.99 per month - 13 cents per minute. Monthly bill of $500+ per month - 12 cents per minute. No Monthly Fees. Minimum timing per message is 30 seconds. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof will be rounded to the next 1/10 of a minute (6 seconds) increment for each message. Charges are rounded up to the next whole cent on each call. The "Real Deal!" applies to 1+ direct dialed Interstate and Intrastate calls originating from customers who subscribe to this plan and are PIC'ed to CIC 0865, and terminating within the 50 United States. On such eligible calls, customers will receive "Real Deal!" rates on all 1+ direct dialed calls. (Operator Services, 5XX, 7XX, 8XX, 9XX, Travel Card and Directory Assistance Service calls are not eligible for "Real Deal!" rates.)

True Dime Talk

For 1+ Interstate and Intrastate direct dialed calls in the continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. 7pm to 7am - 10 cents per minute for the first 120 minutes, 17 cents per minute for additional minutes. 7am to 7pm - 25 cents per minute. No monthly fees. Minimum timing per message is one minute. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof for Intrastate usage will be rounded to the next 1/10 of a minute (6 second increment) for each message. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof for Interstate usage will be rounded to the next full minute for each message.

Right on the Money

$10.9 cents per minute, $3.95 monthly subscription fee. Minimum timing per message for Intralata calls is 60 seconds. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof will be rounded to the next 1/10 of a minute (6 seconds) increment for each message. "Right On The Money" applies to 1+ direct dialed Interlata calls originating from customers who subscribe to this plan, and terminating within the 48 contiguous United States, and are PIC'ed to CIC 0865. On such eligible calls, customers will receive "Right On The Money" rates on all 1+ direct dialed Intrastate and Interstate calls anytime, anywhere. (Operator Services, 5XX, 7XX, 8XX, 9XX, Travel Card and Directory Assistance Service calls are not eligible for "Right On The Money" rates.)

Any Time Anywhere Plus

20 cents per minute of use "Anytime Anywhere". The initial minute is the first minute or any fraction after connection is made. The additional minutes for Interstate long distance usage are measured by 1/60 of a minute increments. Any fraction of a minute is rounded up to the nearest minute. The "Anytime Anywhere Plus" Optional Call Plan applies to 1+ direct dialed Intrastate and Interstate calls originating from CIC 0865. On such eligible calls, customers will receive "Anytime Anywhere Plus" rates on domestic 1+ direct dialed Intrastate and Interstate calls. Directory assistance service is not eligible for "Anytime Anywhere Plus" rates. The "Anytime Anywhere Plus" plan will carry the customer's monthly billing total and after the 12th consecutive month, the average monthly billing will be calculated for the 12 prior consecutive months and credit the averaged amount to the 13th month's bill. The customer's bill must average $200.00 in consecutive monthly usage to qualify for the 13th month credit.

800 GOLD CALLING PLAN

800 Service is the furnishing of facilities for dial type telecommunications from or to a station associated with a 800 Service within the State of South Dakota in accordance with the terms and conditions and schedule of charges specified in this Price List. The rates and charges set forth in this Price List are in payment for the service furnished between the calling and called stations. The rates set forth in the Price List are for a connection of one minute. Messages are billed in increments of tenths of a minute, with any fraction of a minute rounded up to the next tenth of a minute before calculation of the charge for the call. A minimum 30 second charge is applicable on each message.

Budget Toll is a free feature that works with any of our long distance plans. The customer can set the limit as to how many toll minutes they are able to use during the month. This will help the customer control their toll calling. If additional minutes are needed you can simply call our office and purchase more minutes.

8N12 Plan

8 cents per minute Out-of-State, 12 cents per minute In-State, $3.95 monthly subscription fee. Minimum timing per message for Intralata calls is 60 seconds. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof will be rounded to the next 1/10 or a minute (6 seconds) increment for each message. "8N12" applies to 1+direct dialed Interlata calls originating from customers who subscribe to this plan and are PIC'ed to CIC 0865. On such eligible calls, customers will receive "8N12" rates on all 1+direct dialed Intrastate and Interstate calls anytime, anywhere. (Operator Services, 500, 700, 800, 900, Travel Card and Directory Assistance calls are not eligible for "8N12" Plan rates, unless specifically allowed in the Easy 800 or Easy 800+plans.)

Super 10

10 cents per minute, $4.95 monthly subscription fee. Minimum timing per message for Intralata calls is 60 seconds. Timing of additional minutes and fractions thereof will be rounded to the next minute for each message. "Super 10" applies to 1+direct dialed Interlata calls originating from customers who subscribe to this plan and are PIC'ed to CIC 0865. On such eligible calls, customers will receive "Super 10" rates on all 1+direct dialed Intrastate and Interstate calls anytime, anywhere. (Operator Services, 5XX, 7XX, 8XX, 9XX, Travel Card and Directory Assistance Service calls are not eligible for "Super 10" rates.)

Freedom Plan

Freedom to purchase as many minute packages as you need per month:
60 minutes for $6.00 per month
150 minutes for $10.00 per month
200 minutes for $15.00 per month
Or purchase additional packages in increments of 150 minutes each for $10.00
for example: 300 minutes for $30, etc.

Super 7

The "Super Seven" Plan only applies to calls terminating within the 50 United States and is applicable to all calls regardless of distance, time of day, day of week, and/or holidays, for all eligible Intrastate and Interstate calls. The "Super Seven" rate applies to all Intralata and Interlata calls. The rate per minute is $.07, with a ten minute per call minimum ($.70 per call).

Business Advantage

The Business Advantage Plan is a flat-rate business service with a two (2) analog line minimum requirement. The service has the following features at no additional charge: 4-digit dialing (for in-group usage), Call Park and Call Transfer. Service periods will be contracted, with a minimum term of twenty-four (24) months.
